What to write about
Corrections are the most useful message you can send. If a page says something that Candy's own pages no longer say, or a series description looks wrong, say which page and what you saw, and it will be checked against Candy's pages.
Questions about how the guide is written, what the labels mean or why a series is listed in a certain place are also welcome, as are suggestions for topics readers keep asking about.
What not to send
This site is not Candy and cannot see your Candy account. It cannot cancel a plan, refund a payment, unlock an episode or fix a login. For those, use Candy's own Help Center or Contact Us link inside its app.
Please do not send images or videos, and do not ask for links to adult material from anywhere other than Candy. Those messages will not be answered.
Business enquiries
Press and partner enquiries go to the same address. Say who you are and what you propose in the first lines. The site covers only adults, and only content that sits within Candy's own rules.
Mail is read by one person and answered in the order it arrives, so please be patient, and write in plain English if you can.
